Grand Haven Michigan Municipal Airport needed a new hangar door to accommodate the busy skydiving facility. The old track sliding hangar door system dated back to the early 60’s and created many problems + extra work for the airport staff. This project included a complete custom header along with support system to accommodate the new hydraulic door. Premier Door took out the old slider door and track system, installed the new hangar door and provided extra labor for the new concrete apron that was needed after removing the old door track system. The new hydraulic door gives easy access to the building along with maintenance free operation saving the airport staff time and money.
