This project in Worthington, Minnesota included the replacement of three existing Bi-fold doors with two Premier Hydraulic Doors. The 120′ wide opening had two bi-fold doors that were ready to collapse on the planes inside of the larger hangar. At the airports request an approximate 90′ wide hydraulic door with custom header was retrofitted to this space. The smaller hangar was retrofit with an approximate 55′ wide door. Both hangars wanted windows for the large doors and requested Smart Door Technology “One-touch” operator with remote controls that have the same feature.

The planes are much easier to move in and out of the hangars with the Premier hydraulic doors and you simply press the open button and the doors open without having to hold the button the entire time.
